Biomass fuel FAQ Pellet comparison
Biomass for your home… Thousands of homes in th UK have already switched from conventional fuels to take advantage of the substantial financial and environmental benefits associated with using biomass wood pellets. Our suppliers use raw materials that are sourced from local, sustainably managed forests, Using biomass fuel also considerably reduces your carbon footprint in comparison to using carbon intensive fossil fuels, so you are helping to reduce emissions into the atmosphere and can feel good about playing your part in helping to combat climate change.
The pellets we supply are made from virgin wood material which is dried and compressed to a low moisture level, without any additives; to produce a consistent fuel with very high calorific value/heat content. Clean and handled easily without mess; brites burn evenly and efficiently giving a constant heat. Modern wood pellet stoves and wood pellet boilers are fed automatically with heat output regulated just like any other central heating system. Self ignition, programmable controls and all the other modern conveniences of conventional fuel systems coupled with a network experienced installers with excellent technical and service back-up means that the decision to install a wood pellet boiler and use biomass as a fuel has never been easier.
You can easily order your pellets by using the enquiries button to auto email us and we’ll get right back to you. Delivery is included up to 20 miles from our depot and surcharged £1 per mile up to 50 miles from base (See Map).
All deliveries are to your pellet store, not the bottom of your drive. A service for filling your pellet store is also available, you need only ask.
